- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Personalized or hygiene-related products are non-returnable.

- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be subject to a small handling fee depending on the product category.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
