  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Personalized or hygiene-related products are non-returnable.

  2. If eligible, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be subject to a small handling fee depending on the product category.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
